Whooshly partner program terms

These terms are an agreement between you and KMF Ventures LLC ("we", "us") and apply when you apply to or take part in the Whooshly partner program.

Earning. You earn up to 40% of what the customers you refer pay, at the rates listed on the program page; monthly plans earn on every payment for as long as the customer stays subscribed. Referrals count when someone signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, or enters your code at signup. The first partner to refer a customer keeps that customer.

Payment. Commissions clear after a 30-day refund window. Refunded or charged-back purchases earn nothing; if one is refunded after you were paid, it's deducted from your next payout. We pay monthly by PayPal once you're owed at least $25.00. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings, and we may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9) before paying.

Disclosure. Say clearly that you earn a commission, for example "#ad" or "affiliate link", wherever the law or the platform requires it.

Not allowed. Referring yourself or your own accounts; buying ads on "Whooshly" or its misspellings; spam, fake reviews, or misleading claims about Whooshly; incentivising signups with cash or rewards we haven't approved. We may withhold commissions earned this way and close the account.

Your relationship with us. You take part as an independent contractor, not as our employee, agent, or partner in a legal sense. You can't make promises or offers on our behalf, and you're responsible for your own content and costs.

Using our name. While you're in the program you may use the Whooshly name, logo, and screenshots to talk about Whooshly accurately. Don't suggest we endorse you, don't register domains or social handles using our name, and stop using them if you leave or we ask.

Your information. We keep your name, email, channels, PayPal email, and referral results to run the program and pay you; the customers you refer are shown to you only as counts and amounts. See Whooshly's privacy policy.

Changes. We may change rates or these terms with 30 days' notice by email; commissions already earned keep the rate they were earned at. Either side can leave at any time; cleared commissions are still paid, except commissions withheld under "Not allowed".

Liability. The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim.
